MCA #7 - Halloween

Roy still wasn't certain exactly what the whole Halloween thing was about, but the troopers at least had been able to tell him that he should have candy around. So he had a whole bowl of gummi bears on the dinner table as he lounged on the couch as he waited, reading an actual fictional book that Ralph assured him fitted tonight's team perfectly.
