Town and MCA - Late evening after the ball

Roy was actually surprised when Aly and he left the winter themed ball only to find snow slowly falling down from the dark sky. It seemed to be instantly melting on the ground, but it was still chilly and he grinned at Aly.

"Think we jinxed the weather?" he asked, buttoning up his trench coat.

He followed instantly as if they were still dancing and he was grinned as he teased her back, nipping softly at her lower lip.

She made a small sound at the back of her throat but resisted giving in as she kept pulling him back, her tongue playing over his.

He was still following, probably wouldn't stop, and that sound had been too interesting. He let her play for a moment before the urge to get her to do it again got too great and he caught her bottom lip between his lips, gently tugging.

Her hands tightened on the back of his neck, and Aly pressed up into him, her breath quickening as she kissed him hard and demanded the same in response,

His fingers flexed against her back and it might not have been the initial response he was going for, but it was as good. Maybe better. He pressed back against her, his other hand coming up to cup her cheek as he gave in, meeting her demands, asking more.

The intensity of the kiss overwhelmed her, and Aly gave into it for a moment, pressing into him. Then her hand loosened itself from his neck and Aly reached behind her to open the door to her apartment before she started to pull him back inside. She was more than comfortable kissing, but for all her words about their neighbours, she might prefer it to be done inside.

He looked confused for a moment as she pulled away, his breath coming in fast but comprehension soon dawned and he let her pull him in. His hand had shifted to her hip, not wanting her to move too far away and he was still reaching behind him to close the door when he was already leaning back down to find her lips in another kiss.

Aly murmured her encouragement, not needing him to keep her close as she wanted to feel the length of his body against his and the warmth of him through the thin silk of the dress. She tilted her chin up to claim his mouth, exploring yet again.

The door closed behind them with a soft click and he slowly let go, both hands coming up to cup her face as he stepped into her. He was quickly forgetting about anything else, his fingers trailing down her neck and sliding under the collar to push the heavy coat from her shoulders.

She shrugged quickly out of the coat, letting it fall to the floor as her hands played up his sash again, tugging slightly and teasingly. The kiss turned from exploring to demanding as Aly heard the door shut behind them.

That same image was flooding his mind again and his hands slid down her back. It was an interesting sensation, the slide of bare skin through his gloves and he could easily imagine how it would feel without them on but that would involve stopping and stopping was bad.

The stopping was encouraged by a kitten falling over himself and then clawing at Aly's skirt to stay up. She leaned backwards slightly to try to compensate, her fingers tightening on Roy's chest.

"What?" Roy asked, slightly dazed and he was already nuzzling her cheek again.

"I'm..." Aly tried to pull her skirt out of little claws but now it was moving and so obviously a game. "...under attack here." She turned her cheek into his, unable to resist the nuzzling.

Roy blinked, until he noticed the motion and remembered the kittens. He pulled away with a grin, leaning down to distract the kitten. "None of that, we like that dress."

Ow let go of the dress and shot over to tackle Roy's hand instead.

"Apparently we should have been paying then attention instead of each other," Aly said, her fingers still tracing patterns on Roy's shoulder.

He was grateful he was wearing gloves right now as Ow attacked his hand. "I thought you said he was being calm," he observed, shifting into her hand.

"He was," Aly said ruefully. She knelt down to try to extricate the cat from Mustang's gloves.

Roy raised an eyebrow and gave Aly an amused look. "I think he got over it."

Aly sighed and sat back on her heels. "Guess so." Then she eyed the still trying to chew Ow and leaned in again with a quick grin to place kisses along his neck while he was busy.

"That's not fair," he complained, though really, he wasn't going to stop her. It did make it harder to concentrate on distracting Ow and he let the kitten win this battle. It were just gloves after all.

"Thought you'd approve of it, soldier," she teased softly. She kissed lightly just above his collar, working her way back up to his ear. "Tactics and all."

"So who's the distraction? You or the kitten?" he asked, tilting his head for her and ow, that was his thumb and not his glove.

"Yes, I'm just distracting you so Ow can get a good chomp in," Aly said dryly, licking just under his ear.

"Knew it," he made a soft approving noise which was followed by a wince as Ow bit in the flesh between his index and thumb.

"Okay enough," he mumbled, reaching down to try to pull the kitten off.
