Town and MCA - Late evening after the ball

Roy was actually surprised when Aly and he left the winter themed ball only to find snow slowly falling down from the dark sky. It seemed to be instantly melting on the ground, but it was still chilly and he grinned at Aly.

"Think we jinxed the weather?" he asked, buttoning up his trench coat.

"Where's the fun in that?" she murmured.

"Mmmmmmm, true," he grinned and pressed a kiss to her temple as they made it to the fourth floor. "You like to keep me guessing."

"Really I like to keep everyone guessing," Aly teased, her hand stroking up under his sash. "You just respond so well to it."

"I like to think I always respond well," he replied, images of her taking the sash off flooding his mind for an instant and he bent his head to press a kiss to the side of her neck, his nose less cold now.

"Like to think and doing it aren't the same thing," Aly pointed out, tilting her head to encourage the kiss. "You feel good," she murmured.

"You just said that I do," he pointed out quietly, his other arm sliding around her as well as he moved close behind her. The cold was still clinging to their clothes and skin and he pressed his lips against it, taking in that subtle scent of shampoo as he slowly inhaled.

"Maybe you're distracting me," Aly whispered, tilting her head back to lean back against him. Her hands slid over his, wanting to keep him there and close. "You could come in? Before you distract me more in the hallway."

He smiled and nuzzled the nape of her neck, the idea of not finishing their evening yet a very appealing one. "Sounds good, I'd hate for someone to see you distracted," he teased.

She sighed with pleasure and moved back into him again, wanting to feel him. "It would destroy my reputation," she agreed, tilting her head forward.

"We can't have that," he whispered, smirking a little at her reaction and it would be easy to see how long he could distract her like this but doing it inside seemed like a good idea. "Open the door," he murmured against her ear.

"Dale's still at the party," Aly pointed out softly even as she moved towards her door. "And Nathan went home with Kerrigan. So maybe we won't be in such trouble."

He laughed and really, she needed to stop challenging him before he followed her, his hands keeping her close against him as he started kissing down the back of her neck.

Aly chuckled at the response and arched her back into him again, her hands reaching up to stroke through his hair. "Trying to prove me wrong?"

"Me?" he asked innocently, shifting to kiss her ear and he slowly traced it with his tongue as he slipped a hand under the coat.

Her breath caught and Aly made a small noise in the back of her throat, torn between responding to the gloved warmth of his hand over the silk of her dress and tilting her head to give him more access to her ear and the side of her neck.

Pleased with her reaction, Roy slowly caressed her stomach as he made her take another step forward towards the door. There was a smug smirk curving his lips as he let lips and tongue tease over her ear and then he was softly sucking at the soft skin below, taking his mission to distract seriously.

Her hand slid over his, fingers reaching up to just brush over the bare skin between his glove and his shirt. "You're a cruel man," she murmured, voice low and a bit rough as she tried to keep herself from turning around into him and demanding a kiss right now.

He grinned against her skin, letting his warm breath wash over her neck. His other hand came up, gloved fingers caressing her the side of her neck. "You like it," he whispered.

"I like you," Aly corrected, voice catching with her breath.

Roy smiled at her response and shifted against her as he pressed a kiss to her cheek.

She moved back against him, taking advantage of the closeness as she turned her head, looking over her shoulder for a kiss. "Might like this too," she teased.

"Might?" he asked softly, but then his lips met hers, the angle making anything deep impossible but it was soft and warm and he didn't want to move.

His lips were just as soft against her as they were playing over her ear. Aly sighed happily, perfectly comfortable standing there and kissing him gently as she felt the heat of him just behind her.

His thumb gently brushed over her jaw and he teased her lips open, looking for just a bit more. He almost felt too hot, but that had more to do with the coldness from earlier.

Aly slid her hand up his arm to the back of his neck, her fingers brushing through the small hairs there. She opened her mouth at his urging, letting her tongue slip out to play over his, and she almost wanted to turn around, to claim a full kiss from him.
