Central Train Station - Afternoon

Sometimes it paid to have connections spread out over the country. Actually, it always paid to have connections, but today it was proving useful on a whole new level.

Earlier that morning, he'd received a phone call that someone matching Aly's description had gotten on board the train heading down to Central. It left him with the rare opportunity to surprise her and Hawkeye had helped shift his agenda around so he could take the time and pick Aly up. It beat having to take a cab after the train ride she'd just gone through and he was feeling sore just thinking about it.

He'd bought a bouquet of violets from the flower stand at the station's entrance and he made his way to the platform where the train would be arriving any moment now.
