Roy wasn't sure how long he'd been sitting there. Since his conversation with Kerrigan, he'd been at the station most of the time. He'd gone out of patrol earlier in the day and somehow he'd found his way to this part of the beach. Always this same part. He wasn't sure why.
His thoughts were miles away. Stretching over universes as well as time. There had to be a way, there had to be something he was overlooking. He just couldn't figure out what, possibly because he was too tired to think and too tense to sleep.
