MCA #7 - Late morning
Mar. 17th, 2008 07:54 pmApparently being in stasis for 72 years wasn't quite the same as really sleeping and it was well past Roy's normal time when he finally did wake up. (Though he wouldn't complain if it meant he could beat the whole jetlag thing like this.) Perhaps it was silly, but after more than a week he'd almost come to expect to find Aly beside him.
He smiled and pressed a light kiss to her shoulder as he snuggled in to her. It was good to be back in their own time - sort of anyway. The kittens seemed to agree as they were sprawled across his bed.
((For the other person in the bed.
Heading NWS down there. Okay, maybe it was just doomed.))
