The trooper station was mostly quiet except for the sounds of a patrol returning every once in a while. Roy didn't bother getting up to see if everything was in order, they'd warn him if it wasn't.
The file in front of him was finished. At least, it was for the moment. Every once in a while he'd decide to change one sentence or another. Maybe he should see about getting one of those computers in here, but he wasn't sure where it'd fit on his desk and Ralph did well typing things up.
He idly rubbed at his right shoulder, pausing from writing as his shoulder ached. He should maybe try to move one of the couches in here too. There was room.
((Locked to a late night visitor, please.))
