Phonecall to Central

If he were completely honest, Roy would admit to putting this off for far too long. He needed more of his clothes however. While no one up North really minded his lack of civilian clothes, things were different at Fandom. And then there was the other matter. One that he'd been debating since his last conversation with Edward. Telling himself that there really was no reason to avoid this, he picked up his telephone and called a number at Central HQ that he strangely knew by heart despite not having called it in months.
